How the contest works 

The Inland Empire Landscape Contest is a biennial spring competition operated by Western Water to highlight attractive, water-efficient residential landscapes. 

Contest dates: April 1 – May 31, 2026 

What you can win 

• Each winner receives a $500 prize, with up to eight winners selected. 

• The People’s Choice Competition features the top landscapes in a public vote on social media platforms. 

• The winner of the People’s Choice Award will be featured in a regional news publication.
